What we can help with
Because Cleaning Secrets is a publisher rather than a manufacturer or a retailer, the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:
- Editorial questions — a claim on one of our pages that seems unclear, out of date, or inaccurate.

What we cannot help with
We cannot help with orders. Order status, shipping, tracking, billing, returns, refunds or cancellations for RestoraBowl — or for any product mentioned on this website — are handled entirely by the seller. We hold no order records and have no access to their systems. Those requests must go to the seller through the contact channels on its official site and on your order confirmation.
We also cannot advise on a specific stain, fixture or plumbing system, and we cannot tell you whether a product is compatible with your septic tank or an unusual surface — the manufacturer’s label and support line can. If a cleaning product has been swallowed or has caused a reaction, contact a doctor or poison control rather than writing to us. We do not offer legal, financial or medical advice either.
Response expectations
Written enquiries sent by email are normally acknowledged within two business days, and substantive replies follow as quickly as the question allows. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries received over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.
Telephone enquiries are answered during business hours in Western European Time, which may not overlap with a full US business day — email is usually quicker for readers in North America.
